Cancellation Policy

• Requests for registration cancellation must be sent to the Secretariat to info@gcb.nl by September 1st.

• Cancellations received before September 20th 2019  will be eligible for a 50% refund of  the conference fees.

• Cancellations received after October 1st 2019 will not be refunded. Registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of the Conference. Bank costs will be deducted from the refund.

 

When choosing the option ''Payment by bank transfer'' delegates will receive an e-mail with all necessary bank details as well as an invoice in order to proceed with the payment.
